Most events are organised by independent organisers. G3 does not automatically organise, endorse or guarantee third-party events.
4. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for protecting their account and login details.
5. Event Information
G3 may recommend events based on interests, location, category, dates, availability and engagement. Event listings do not necessarily represent G3's endorsement.
6. Event Organisers
Organisers are responsible for providing accurate event information and obtaining required permissions, licences and approvals. G3 may review or remove listings.
7. Tickets & Payments
Where applicable, ticketing or payment may involve G3 or third-party providers. Organisers generally remain responsible for tickets, event delivery, cancellations and refunds.
8. Talents & Creatives
G3 may allow talents to showcase their work and connect with audiences, brands and organisers, but listing does not guarantee jobs, bookings or income.
9. User Content
Users remain responsible for content they upload and must have the necessary rights to use it. G3 receives permission to use submitted content for operating and promoting the platform.
10. Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in scams, harassment, impersonation, illegal activities, intellectual-property violations, unauthorised access, manipulation or other misuse of G3.
11. Intellectual Property
G3's name, logo, platform design, software and original materials belong to G3 or its licensors. Third-party content remains owned by its respective owners.
12. Safety & Responsibility
Users should exercise reasonable judgement when attending events or meeting people. Organisers are responsible for event safety arrangements.
13. Availability
G3 may experience interruptions and may modify, suspend or discontinue features when necessary.
14. Suspension & Termination
G3 may restrict or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, unlawful activity, safety risks or materially false information.
15. Disclaimer
Users should verify important event and opportunity information directly with organisers. G3 does not guarantee the quality, safety, availability or outcome of every listing.
16. Changes & Governing Law
G3 may update the Terms as its services and legal requirements develop. The Terms are subject to applicable law, including Nigerian law where relevant.
